5-Ingredient Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Food Club Butter, softened (salted or unsalted), at room temperature
  • ¾ Cup Food Club Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Fresh Harvest Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Food Club Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Food Club Salt
  • 1 ¼ Cup Food Club All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Food Club Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla to mixture until incorporated.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and chocolate chips until just combined.
  4. Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto prepared cookie sheet. 
  5. Bake at 350º, about 8-12 minutes.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!

4-Ingredient Simple Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Food Club Butter, softened
  • ⅔ Cup Food Club Granulated Sugar (plus extra to sprinkle on top)
  • 2 Cups Food Club All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp almond extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add flour and extract. Mix until smooth (not crumbly) dough forms.
  3. Smooth and shape portions of dough (about 1" each) into balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten to 1/2″ thick.
  4. Sprinkle unbaked cookies with granulated sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
